Reliability is at the top of the list when choosing a web host many people base their decision on the offered disk space and bandwidth. Unless you already have a very popular site you will hardly use even 10% the bandwidth on most hosting plans. And more and more companies are offering unlimited space and unlimited bandwith.

Price is usually always a factor in choosing web hosting plan. You would be fooling yourself if you told yourself otherwise (unless you have a lot of money to burn).
